I'm looking for something similar to Song of the Caverns.

It depends. I think there are one or two opera house missions, but they don't really have the scope, structure and feel of Song of the Caverns. If you are looking for that, you are, ironically, better off with stinkykitty's CPWW (the third FM in The Gems of Provenance series), a mission set in a waterworks/sewage treatment facility, which does have all those things. :D Strange but true.
