Simple..I get the dealers to attack me..and then I just run past the canal cops and they start fighting when the dealers try to pass the cops to get at me.

personally i like maceing the reporter at the bar and then bludgeoning his skull with either a crowbar or a baton. and that snot nosed brat at the docks that insults me after i don't feed him. only i pump him full of lead and toss his body in the sea or beat it until he explodes. basically i slaughter the ones that are asses. i love to hear other agents tell me they like my merciless actions. also when i go to the top of the tower on liberty island and the terrorist gives up after i interigate him. i usually pump him full of lead to then toss his body out the window on the floor below. man games like these really cut down on the stress.

All the beautiful blood, pouring out. I feel the warmth and want more. NEED MORE.
I stab a man in front of the cops, i kill the cops, stabbing, more blood, glorious blood. They try to shoot me, but my balistic protection is on, and maxed out. I stab them again and again until their bodies are nothing more then a pile of chunks of flesh, and then i continue, maybe getting more energy from a bot somewhere and going back...
