I mean, in 2022 it was said that TBP is nearing completion, we're at the end of 2023 and there's the 25th anniversary. If it doesn't get released then, at that point it's safe to say it's never gonna get released. Which is fine, let's move on.

Maybe they were saying that the idea of the campaign was nearing completion. That being said I'm not staying up late on Christmas eve hoping for it to be released.

It's a 10 mission campaign, that's huge and that means it requires a massive amount of time to build, fix, beta test, make amendments and then check everything all over again, but if you had made even a small mission you would understand that. It will be released when the authors are completely happy with their work, not before, and certainly not under any duress from those who wish to bully them in to releasing it before it is ready.

It was on the verge of either release or complete cancelation, but then they saw this post and opted for release just so you wouldn't be right.
