my invisibility ring is down to 10 durability. and regen ring loses durability too.
i tried paying the blacksmith, he wont fix it... is there any way, or is it a 1 time item?
also anyone know the formulas to make rings/etc? i heard theres a way

Well, the manual implies that you can 'repair' a ring of regeneration by enchanting it, but that it's a one-time thing. (I assume it means use the "enchant object" spell)

Right. Cast Enchant Object on the ring and depending on the level of the spell it will regain some durability.
Also you can make your own magic ring with potions, rings and enchant object....
