Hey everyone, for the past year or so i have been playing all FMs as chronologically as possible, i came across "The Final Crusade Gold" FM, where the author says that it differs significantly from his previous "The Final Crusade" for default Thief Dark Project.
Anyone has that initial version archived somewhere? seems all the usual suspect sites have only the Gold version.

I only have the gold version also. I downloaded all the versions from thiefmissions.com way back in the early 2000s, but I don't seem to have gotten the TDP version of this one. Let me know if you find it.

The only reason i belive a TDP version was made avaiable is not only due to its name, but the author wrote this in the read me:

-The entire manor has undergone a serious makeover, andd I've added more areas

Totally new sounds and ambients. (Some of which I've ripped from Thief2) New light
sources. The streets haven't changed much but there's a larger sewer system now,
nothing fancy but a good safe spot if you get into trouble. Automap is re-configured
for the changes. Some of the plot elements are changed to fit in between of Thief1 and
Thief2. Texts are changed and added. (eg. Baron Dupondt/Lord Dupondt
[can't have two barons now can we?]) The rest is in the eye
of the beholder. (Actually i can't remember half of what I've done and fixed..)
Which makes me believe there as an original public version. Its also interesting that a few areas in-game really give me that "Haha, gotcha!" moment where a previously secret would have loot, but in the gold version it has nothing and just joke books.
That last part is just conjecture on my part.
