Anyone know how to enchant an item to have a constant effect?

You have to use a grand soul gem worth 80,0000 or more. As far as I know the only souls that are worth this much are golden saints and ascended sleepers.

Wow, It's a good thing i didn't use my golden saint's soul yet in an enchantment, lucky me!

Thanks alot, Aja. I didn't think that an ascended sleeper's soul would be worth that much.... I mean aren't they soulless? But right now for me in the game, I have lot's of ascended sleepers and Golden Saints. Lucky me!
