Really ought to follow up on my threads from time to time. I ended up getting Singularty as a gift from a coworker last winter. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for it as it is pretty short and replay value, while not completely missing, isn't enough to warrant many playthroughs. On top of that I was really disapointed to find that Raven didn't include a mission select option after completing the game. The missions where you go back and fight Soviet soldiers with modern weapons were INCREDIBLE. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my time playing it; it looks good for the most part, the weapons and TMD are fun, and the boss battles are absurd but super fun. If you can get it for cheap I would definitely recommend it. Just be aware you're essentially playing a B-movie.

Also: I love that Raven appears one of the few developers who insist on dismemberment making it into all of their games. I love it.
