There's an elevator at the top of the spiral stairs up from the basement where you start. You need to unlock the gate to it and ride it up. Sometimes, when you're outside, the mission doesn't want to end. Usually if I walk around enough, it will eventually.

Just finished The Keep on Expert; 96% of the loot which is exceptional for me.
An excellent conclusion to a fine series; I wish there were more consolidated mission packs out there. I enjoyed how Apache's style and technique developed over the 4 missions and I look forward to playing more of his creations. :thumb:

Hi All,
On "Hunt for Montrose" I've got everything, including the shield gem (thanks Nightwalker, read your post to Phyllis) but can't find Montrose. I've bloody well killed everything, too. This one was an all-out battle. Haunts all over the bloody place.

Start picking up bodies on the top floor of the tower..Montrose is there.

Lemme guess- right in front of the portal, I'll wager?
Thanks,

I am playing in hard mode. I am inside the Keep and have killed the bad guys, but am now trying to find a way out of there. I roped up to the cave over the pond, but it was
just a large, empty space. The gates are unfrobable and the pond has no passages.

Have you completed all the other objectives? Have you killed the big bad down below the bridge? Maybe some more information on what you have and haven't done would be helpful. :)

Nightwalker, thanks for the response. All objectives are checked off except "Kill henchmen" and "Find and kill what's inside Keep". I have over 2000 in loot. I have killed the henchmen. There is nothing under the bridge except lava. I hopped down the shelfs on the front side, but nothing there.

If the "kill the Henchmen" objective isn't checked off, then one of them must not be dead. Try going back and whacking them all again. Make sure you move around and try different angles, because they can be hard to hit when they're lying on the ground.
It sounds like you haven't found the section where you finish the mission. Inside the Keep building, there's a spot where you have to frob a red panel. It opens and inside is pedestal with the Force Gem on it. You need to pick that up and replace it with the Shield Gem, which is in your inventory and a gate will open. Follow the passageway behind it and go way, way down. At the bottom, you'll find a creature that you need to kill. Make sure you let the Force Gem destroy it. If you kill it yourself, the objective won't tick off.

You were right, one of the henchmen needed one more blow. I am on my way down the tunnel. Just as a side-note I was stumped at Ramirez's trying to get the bars that block the weapons room open. I found no solution reading the threads, so I assume I am the only one who couldn't get it open (nothing new there). Do you remember how it's done? Thanks again for the help.
