Deus ex trouble, mission uplink.... Cannot find Paul !

Most surely been there and done that, you know. Played that game over and over and now it's time to do it again. But I can't seem to find Paul so I can continue the game, he must have run against the wall with his head or something.
After being to the warehouse I return to my Apartment (Brothers Denton Residence) only to find the feds, unatco guns blazing upon me. SO i run out of the window for safety but then wherever I go I get repeatingnes (déjà vu ;) . What I means is I can't continue the game and when I die I go to the deus ex start screen.
This bug I have solved in the past but I can't seem to remember how... You can help me can't you ?
Tried the cheats as well but I couldn't get them working. I got error msg, bcheatsenabled as a unrecognised command.

ve looked it up on some walkthroughs; they give me the code but don't tell me where I can find it...

Paul tells you the code - but as you seem to have missplaced him... then just mosey on down and catch the tube back to Castle Clinton - hopefully you wont cause some kind of temperal shift in the space time continuum by not doing the Paul bit. assuming this works then Gunther should give you the option to [spoiler]turn yourself in[/spoiler]
(by the way - did you complete your tasks at the warehouse?)

I actually did, but I was affraid that those dishes didn't finish rotating before I sent the message, although I've waited for some time.
When I get to Ghunter he doesn't seem to say anything except stand before me. Strange.

If you can't get the ingame cheating to work then change the shortcut as such:

Then type Legend and go to the the flags section (I think that's what it's called, I haven't played in a while) and fidle around with that for a while to see if you can find some flag that will change paul to having already escaped (do this while in hell kitchen) then head to battery and gunther should be up in arms about sending you to jailness.

Yeah, I've ran into that before. Patch 1.112 might help. Also, you *might* be able to summon paul by enabling cheats (set deusex.jcdentonmale bcheatsenabled 1) and then typing "summon pauldenton". If worst comes to worst and nothing works...type legend in the console and pick load map and pick [SPOILER]05_unatcohq-mj12base[/SPOILER] WITH TRAVEL CHECKED. I dont know if thats the exact name of the map, but that is the next map that you will be in.
