I only knew what taffeta was because of that one story about this woman who was tricked by the devil and...
It says "The sails were made o' th' taffeta, and the masts o' th' beaten gold."
Anyway... maybe "tafferika" for a more... street feel.

And - uh - I'd say stick with 'taffer' too. As someone already said, its non-gender-specific

So, we've deducted that males outnumber females on the ttlg boards, but what exactly do females play besides thief? I read in a survey from long ago that a large number of women in Europe played Oddworld, but my mother did too, so that's not so definitive...

Keep in mind that a lot of females here at TTLG haven't taken this poll, so the results are skewed. :p
