Funny, looks nothing like a Kurshok hand. I thought it was some weird pagan holy critter. Where does it say its the Kurshok king's hand? in their Citadel?

It never says outright "The Paw is the Kurshock King's Hand." It's just an educated guess. In the Kurshock Citadel, there are books that talk about King Gruliac who rebelled against the Trickster when he wished to keep The Crown. In response, The Trickster cut off his hand and used his powers to cast the mighty Kurshock civiliazation underground. There's also a banner in a Citadel that shows Gruliac reaching for the Crown, with hand had severed from his body.
Most people interpret that to be a link to the Jacknall's Paw. Seems like too much a coincidence. Besides, the reason it likely doesn't look like Kurshok hand anymore is A) It's hundreds, if not thousands of years old, and B) It's mummified.

Ah, just I always viewed "Jacknall" as some sort of evil bear-like thing with fangs. Or like one of the Trolls from TES 4 (Oblivion)

Maybe it's Pagan talk for "Stupid ingrate who thinks he can anger a god and get away with it."
