Sorry if there's already a thread for this, but I couldn't find it...

Really liking the ideas here. Being able to craft your own bombs is sure to make attacking guards more interesting.
My favorite part about the new editions? The fact that you can be a minstrel (apparently that is what they are called) which are those annoying guys that run up to you and bug the hell out of you with their music and presence. Awesome, now I get to do it to everyone else!:D

They've already confirmed another for release next year. Christ, they're adamant about running this franchise into the ground with annual releases.

I can't say that I'm that excited about the new features, if the core gameplay (especially fighting) is still basically the same as in the previous AC games. I've only played AC1 (decent game with pretty gfx but boring and very repetitive gameplay) and AC2 (a lot better game with more things to do and a more interesting story) though, so perhaps they already improved some of the flawed gameplay mechanics in AC: Brotherhood... but from what I've heard, it's still pretty much the same.
I really liked AC2, I loved the setting and the new kind of missions made the game seem a bit less repetitive, but the game could have been so much better - now it was just a very good game with some serious flaws. The two things that annoyed me the most were the fighting mechanism and the general difficulty level in the game. The sword fights were very enjoyable to watch, but once you learnt a few very simple moves (especially the counter-attack), you could just easily wipe out an entire army of guards without losing any health at all. In the end these fights weren't exciting at all anymore, they were just annoying events that slowed down my progress in the game.
It's been a while since I finished AC2, but I don't think I'm lying (much) when I say that I didn't die a single time in a sword fight (I must have died a few times when I accidentally jumped down from some tower though) during the whole game, I never even used those health potions or whatever. :weird: And I'm hardly some hardcore player, the game really was just that easy, and it's a shame because it ruins a lot of the (potential) fun.
So, I really wish that they've improved that part of the game in the new release, in that case I'm definitely going to buy it... otherwise I think I may just give it a pass.

lol.
I buy it, last games were so great. Even cooler becuse stories in the previous games have bases in a kernel of truth. Ya bros ever watch anciet aleins?
