Yeah, I gotta agree that is fairly out of line. That Patrice guy gets just about as much screen time, and acts in exactly the same way that Jade acts. There's nothing sexualized about her advertising of her game. If people are seeing something sexualized its because they are reading into it. Most likely they just picked the most charismatic person who could actually talk about the game in general, like, I dunno, the creative director. The fact that she's a pretty girl may be a nice plus, but honestly, considering the stupid fan backlash, is it even? I wouldn't even characterize her as a "walking pair of tits," she's not impossibly supermodel hot or anything, she's just attractive, and she seems to know what she's talking about. To assume otherwise is to assume that just because someone is attractive they can't possibly know anything about, much less be involved in making, games. Further, the whole culture of "jade, lol, hot" was completely fan created, UBI really did not push it. Bioshock was sold way more on the whole cult of personality of its lead dev than AC ever was.
Ultimately I just think stuff like this is in really poor taste. She's putting herself out there by TALKING about her game, and the response is to act like she's sucking guys off so they will buy it? Gamer culture really does need to grow up.

I think that people have this general impression of Jade Redmond of being a talentless whore who only got her job because she was sucking Cliffy B's cock. And everybody hates Cliffy B to begin with, though I'm not entirely sure why, never having heard of him before his connection with this woman.

While I can understand her anger at the comic my impression of Jade has been something less than negative. If she got her job for her talent then gaming is dead.
