Please tell me someone is writing a walkthrough for this fantastic FM... reading all these pleas for help makes me wary. Some of us don't like to bash our heads against the wall for hours and hours.

Thanks ffox
I don't know how many times I searched that room and missed that tiny lever. I know something had to be hidden there but I couldn't quite find it...phew! Finished the mission now.
just wanted to say this was a great mission, and was very enjoyable - if frustratingly difficult at times  wonderful job :thumb:

What, exactly, does the incomplete homing node key have to be combined with to make the blast door key?
SinisterShadow on 9/9/2006 at 00:55
It has to be combined with another incomlete homing node. You can find one of them in the captain's quarter and the other one in the storage room across from the toilets.

OK, the labrynth is officially driving me mad.
I've lured the two guards out into the hallway to blackjack them - which was most satisfying after about 20 reloads once they discovered me.
But now, I can't find some of the switches. Am I going completely mad or do different sections open up when you throw the switches? Is the right order O, A, B etc?
Btw, very very cool game. Probably the most creative mission I've played in ages. The standard of missions keeps improving - just wish my playing skills would keep up!

CatAnita,
First clue:
What to do is described in a document called Labyrinth Procedure
Second Clue:
The value of the letters must equal 18, in ascending order. There is only one possible combination.
Third and Final Clue:
Omega, Beta, Epsilon
Can somebody please tell me where this mythical diagram is? I've been all over everywhere and can't locate it.
I'm also missing one secret: are there really two in the mansion? I only found one.
Thanks,
Dafydd

Dafydd
One secret in under the dresser in the office of the mansion and the second secret is at the top of the staircase, notice any differences in the lights on the way up to the mansion?
Thanks all for the help. That got me going again, but I still needed to refer back here to gain entry to the cryo room.
I finally finished it playing expert in 3:42 game time but a whole lot more in playing time due to reloads. I found only 4760 / 5000 loot, but I got all the secrets. Missed one pocket, but I am pretty sure that was
the gear key in the red beam room.
I also got four optional objectives (three time bombs and the gas node exchange).
Thanks, Sterlino, for a great mission.:) It kept me going for five evenings. As I said, it was ingeneous. Clever design, and nice effects. It was very hard, but in spite of the frustrations I was sorry to see it end. :(
FYI, I found some bugs in the red beam room. Playing it the "correct" way, using moss on the lever switch, if I did things in the wrong order (and I don't know exactly what that wrong order is), then I found the
guard and the gear key to be unfrobbable after the guard was killed by the particle beam. On another occasion, I frobbed the gear while the guard was still standing, but then I could not frob the gear switch.
To make it play right, I went directly to the area in question after transporting to lab #2, avoiding some side trips, such as
(a) to BJ the priest-like guy from lab #2 after he had moved to near the equipment room and (b) to turn off the upstairs fields using the switch on the other side of the cistern room.
Then I played the beam room same as before and it worked.
