He's not leaving any time soon. Easier ways to get rid of him are an entire change of government in SA (which puts the Libs in and that's like cutting off your nose to spite your face) or he steps down as Attourney General.
Population has no direct control over his position (and only a tiny portion has any indirect control) and population is largely indifferent.

I guess it depends on how much patience for the last few missions you have. I just pumped my folks fulla drugs and mowed my way to the end.

You'd have to get at least a little lucky to get through Fallout without learning about the shit side of drugs, just cause the glow required you to take quite a few, and anything that wasn't a stimpak could get you addicted. Couldn't miss it at all in the second game, it was a pretty dominant theme there.

Correction- Rad-X has no side-effects. When heading to the Glow I ate those like candy.

Everything else? Meh.
