Not counting the many games I'm replaying (with the exception of FONV, which I never beat)... (

I'd never use Backloggery, because generally there's a pretty good reason I haven't finished a game. I don't want some internet list pressuring me into slogging through games I don't like.

I've decided to treat my games backlog like my music collection.
I'll play whatever I want whenever I feel I'm in the mood for it.

How about games you haven't actually gotten around to playing?
Oh wait that would make sense.

I'd never use Backloggery because there's not even enough good games to play one after another, much less enough to create a backlog.

This is pretty much what I do, but I often find myself restarting some games after long periods of not playing because I cant remember what was happening where I left off.

During my (hopefully short lived) period of unemployment, I've really been attacking the backlog, so despite maintaining (

Are you guys listing games that you no longer own? Trying to decide if that makes sense.
Mr.Duck on 1/8/2011 at 04:19
Not I. Just listing what A)I currently own and B)have yet to finished (and changing the status of those Us to Bs and maybe even Cs! Doubtful I'll reach any Ms.....sheesh...)
:D

Yeah, that makes the most sense. It just hurts, since so many games I finish end up being traded or sold. But percentages don't really matter: just that horrifyng number of 278 games to finish. Admittedly, I have no intention of finishing most of those, but even then I probably want to play/finish 100 of them, which obviously is never, ever going to happen. Scary stuff. DAMN YOU, STEAM SALES.

I'm slowly adding games that I want to play but never got around to finishing, like Morrowind (getting hives just thinking about browsing through mods again), and games that suddenly took my fancy. For me, it's less a Compleat Games Library and more of a microblog with minor social game playin' pressure. But also I like making lists of pointless things now and then.
And I'm considering using the "Virtual Boy" category to track books I'm reading.
