expert, 100% loot, no health damage, no killing, no knockouts, no game saving.

50 seconds for my best time. The hard part is getting to the gate switch without getting hung up by the guard. Not sure how I could shave off 9-10 seconds.
Edit: down to 48 seconds. Also did an expert run...7:25. Not too bad for a 1st try. :D
3rd try expert 715 loot ...5:15 Could certainly shave 30 seconds off that with no problem.
