I'd honestly rather see the NWN2 campaigns redone in the Infinity Engine than vice versa. NWN2 and both of the Obsidian expansions are phenomenal, but the engine is super bad. The Baldur's Gate games are kinda bland, but the engine is still pretty awesome.

That's the major graphical overhaul, right? I can't say much, I'm afraid, I've never played the original Morrowind so my interest in the mod went about as far as watching a video on Youtube. I did buy the game to give it a go in Morroblivion, but at the time it was still an early build so only the environment was in place, not much in the way of quests and NPCs. Comparing the two I did get the impression that the Oblivion mod still looked a good bit better than the Morrowind facelift, higher poly assets and everything. But the former's to a much greater degree community-made, whereas the latter's a new paintjob on the original which I would expect to be a bit more consistent all 'round.
As I understand Morroblivion was completed at some point last year, fully playable. And it's likely that development on Skywind will go a bit quicker, may have a fully playable build at some point next year.
