Yeah, not interested in Sigma 2. It's been censored. The 360 version has rivers of blood gushing everywhere, not pink "auras".
EDIT: Why is this in the Batman thread?

Question for PS3 players: is the camera controlled in the same way as in Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2?
Which makes me think of jiggling bat-boobs...

Why would you want to jiggle Bruce Wayne's man-boobs?

Because I'm asking a question.
I'll ask it again - how is the camera controlled in Batman on PS3? Is it with R and can you move it anywhere at anytime (like in Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2)?
See, the PC camera is mouse controlled and if the control is lesser on PS3 I'll get it on PC, if not I'll get it for PS3.
Comprende? It's not hard.

on pc you can play the game without using block since turnspeed is superior to the highest sense setting on a controller. BUT I only could see it on suck-box yet to compare. the pc version seems also much better graphics-wise and has the additional physx-effects that look very pretty while the "normal" version static in comparison. but if you never seen both version you don't know what you miss so it makes no difference. if you like a challenge:get the console version since it's harder (as in slower) to steer, if you want to breeze by without much challenge: play it on hard on pc.

To actually answer SubJeff's question:
Yes, you control the camera with the right stick.
I really enjoyed it on the PS3; as it uses the Unreal engine, it runs incredibly well, and looks fantastic. I've noticed that multi-platform games that use UE3 have pretty uniform performance.
As for using block, Bats auto-locks on to enemies quite intelligently, and to really excel at combat, you don't use block anyway; so mouse-turning becomes something of a non-issue to be honest..
I played through on Hard, and it was a nice challenge, but never too much.
Finally, I'd say get it for the PS3 'cos you've got the nice Bravia SubJeff.
There's a lot of games recently that I've enjoyed more on the PS3 than I would have on the PC, even though graphical fidelity on the PC is technically better. My Bravia is just too nice to ignore :)

yeah, pc's can only be hooked up to 13inch CRTs and cannot reach resolutions above HDTV, it's their biggest flaw.
and auto-lock is bad since it takes the next guy instead of the guy on the other side of the room so mouse turning becomes THE ISSUE. I saw really good players on youtube using a controller and it took them minutes to down a few guys and struggle to avoid getting swarmed. it's a matter of preference I assume, I tried the controller and found it slow and boring. So you won't get an satisfying answer.
How about installing the demo and judging for yourself ?

I know full well that PCs can be hooked up to TVs mothra, but maybe SubJeff doesn't want to hook his up?
I hooked my PC up to my TV recently, and it made me realise that it's better off staying on my dedicated widescreen monitor.
Colour calibration would have to be changed to accommodate the PC, browser text was hard to read, using a mouse and keyboard on the sofa, while possible, was aggravating; it was just too impractical. Also, I'm a single guy, but for someone who lives with other people, moving the PC into the living room may not be viable.

- to each its own -
off-topic
he, pc aint responsible for overprized and bad TV technology. ppl buy them and companies produce them since there is no real pressure against them. PCs have better built-in scaling in their drivers than the crappy 3rd party software TVs use, they can limit their display to the original resolution using bars to be pixelperfect, can display better resolution, the chokepoint is always the TV here (except you buy a TV > 3000 euros). So I never understood how LCD/Plasma could gain so much popularity while being consequently worse than CRTs. Nowaday I would just buy a DLP-projector, hook it up to a PC and enjoy superior picture with more room for adjustment and better visuals. But who am I to argue. it's like Video2000 against VHS, the one to get cheaper sooner wins instead of the superior product that will get cheaper slower.
