I actually thought extra XP was a pretty fair reward (in addition to unlocking additional character bios and statues). The extra XP in Batman lets you upgrade earlier. Plus the satisfaction of tracking them all down (with the exception of a couple head-scratchers, none of them are really that tough). Really, what else would you want?

The solution to the chronicles of Arkham thing was pretty obvious after getting half of them, ffs the guy doing the voice over when you decypher one sounds exactly like Quincy Sharp, and it turns out that the person that was chosen was....QUINCY FUCKING SHARP
