By not taking it seriously. That show is probably more responsible for the comics shifting back towards a serious and mature Batman than anything else.

a.) I can't imagine this game being anything other than awesome.

Yes, T2 levels like The Life of the Party, or the Bank mission. It's easy to imagine the gameplay of Batman:AA fitting right in there. Except, y'know, Batman would probablly be stopping the bank robbers instead of robbing the bank himself.
