but am naturally going to reserve my judgement until I've played the game.
Am I missing something here?

I know EvaUnit is very much into voice actors in games and anime. It isn't unreasonable for someone like that to be disappointed in a major character getting a change like that. He even disclaimed it by stating he would reserve judgement.
I don't see the reason to get on him about it.

I dunno, one of my favorite things about AA was that, while the atmosphere was decidedly Burton-esque they had the great voice talent from TAS lending flavor to it.

Trading a really irritating but authentic voice for someone else who might do a slightly less gratingly annoying voice? Fine by me!

Not surprising; seems like that got relegated to Monolith to make a whole game out of it.
EvaUnit02 on 25/6/2011 at 12:21
Relegated? Monolith wanted to make a MP Batman game and specifically went to their Warner overlords to pitch the idea.

Rocksteady, eh? Perhaps a bunch of North London trendies - but also a proof that no studio should need more than 2-3 years to release an extremely solid game (thats also GOTY for some)
And Urban Chaos was no pushover either - in fact I thought it to be one of the better Xbox games...

I wasn't being serious, Eva.
