Not at all imo, although critics seem divided. It's relentlessly paced, tight, well-constructed, just less intelligent than something like the Bourne Identity.
Less intelligent? More like hilariously stupid. Still, Phillip Noyce is a good enough director that it ended up as passable b-movie fare despite the frequently inane turns of Wimmer's script.

Just saw Winter's Bone. Damn that was good. I didn't really know anything about it except that it's about a teenage girl looking for her dad, so it was much grimmer than I'd expected.
Also watched The Town. Pretty good.

but I can already say I pretty strongly disagree with you on Greenberg, Toy Story 3, and How to Train Your Dragon.
I know I can wait for your post to eventually show up but I just wanted to say that I revisited
Toy Story 3 at the weekend and while it probably is far worthier sitting atop
The Town on that list, I don't think what I said about it is in any way contentious or wrong ... unless you thought the 3D aspect was amazing? The film gives way to a bravura action setpiece for the entirety of the third act but is in no way any less grim than what precedes it. These toys cannot cope with their existence coming to a functional end and in that sense, it's a very grim (yet comically so) approach to the material.
Greenberg will unsurprisingly prove to be a dividing feature since everyone I know who has seen a Baumbach film either falls firmly into the love or hate camp. I loved
The Squid and The Whale, I didn't hate
Greenberg and I mostly liked Stiller's turn (see my comments (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=128127&p=2019545&viewfull=1#post2019545) here), but the movie was without any redeeming qualities except that it showed two fairly uninteresting people's lives in painfully boring detail.
How To Train Your Dragon was fun and all but don't see how you can take much more away from it than a rousing action-adventure... kind of puzzled you can have any sort of issue with that, to be honest.

The Secret in Their Eyes was easily my favorite of the three foreign language films I saw this year. The ending caught me by surprise, and I was caught between horror and "bastard got what he deserved."
I wasn't sure what to think about The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo since I'm usually wary of movies based on book franchises, but it exceeded my expectations. It will be interesting to see if the American adaptation will stand up to the original.
I found Toy Story 3 depressing. Looking back, I think the events in 3 were foreshadowed in the last movie, what with the inevitability of Andy growing up. I hope I wasn't the only one thinking about all the toys they sold off over the years, or stuffed in some attic or shed. On a side note, I still have my Legos and Micromachines and I know where they are!!!
Winter's Bone really had the grim aspect down as henke said. Not exactly an incentive to move to Appalachia.
Right after seeing The Town a few months ago, I remember leaving the theater thinking it had been done better in 1995 when it was called Heat. For some reason I felt guilty making that comparison, though I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one who did. I certainly enjoyed The Town and thought it was a good movie, though I never felt any of its action parts reached the same visceral level as Heat's robbery/getaway scene.
I went to see The Tourist on Friday. Not too bad, though it felt like a lot of the movie was spent watching Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp stare at each other. Definitely liked the ending, and it wasn't until an hour or two after I left that I realized the senior British police dude was played by former James Bond actor Timothy Dalton.
I saw Black Swan last night. I was surprised at the amount of blood. I'm a wuss so I cringe easily, and there were multiple cringe-worth moments. The extremes Nina was willing to go to so she could pull off the "perfect" performance of Swan Lake, and what it will cost her, don't become completely apparent until the end of the movie.
Hopefully I'll get to see Tron later this week.

Great
Inception - My film of 2010.
Kick-Ass - My surprise hit of the year.
Ok
Shutter Island - Not as clever as it thought but enjoyable none the less.
Knight and Day - It knew it was stupid; I laughed and groaned in equal measure.
Disappointed
Toy Story 3 - It was alright, but...meh. Did not cry. I was promised tears.
Alice in Wonderland - Saw this in 3D. Wish I hadn't seen it at all. Seriously bad.
Did not get to see yet
Tron
The Social Network
The Expendables

Liked
Inception - definitely my film of the (last 3?) year(s).
Africa United - odd little film, but so charming. Also; reminds me of my own inception, natch.
Ok
Kick Ass - just not as funny as I was lead to believe.
Repo Men - started off ok, went baaaadly downhill, had a great final and crazy final act.
Hot Tube Time Machine - just about all funnies in the trailer.
Scott Pilgrim - just about all the cool/funnies in the trailer.
Date Night - I like them both but it just wasn't all there.
Iron Man 2 - seems you still can't have a sequel that matches the original.
Dinner For Schmucks - the photographer saved it from tedium. He was hilarious.
The Expendables - got what I came for, laughed heartily at least twice.
Disappointing
Robin Hood - meh.
Predators - yawn.
Get Him to the Greek - starts ok, never goes anywhere.
The Book of Eli - Denzel you suck. Except in Training Day. Otherwise, you suck.
Daybreakers - please don't use awesome tracks in trailers for bollocks films. Also, wtf Willem, w.t.f?
Clash of the Titans - utter rubbish.
Surprisingly better than expected
Karate Kid - it isn't great but it just was a lot better than I expected. Maybe it was the brutal combat, combat you'd never really let kids that age partake in.
Hoping to see before the year is up
TRON
That Facebook film
I didn't see nearly enough films at the cinema this year and even less foreign (non-US, non-Brit) films than I should have :(
I make amends in 2011!

Toy Story 3 was the best film that I saw in 2010, by far. A perfect ending to the trilogy.

This one was made in 2009 but it only just got released in August this year:
WARNING: Don't watch the spoilerific trailer!!
(http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1379177/) The Disappearance of Alice Creed - written and directed by J. Blakeson.
Very well crafted, starting with a great script and three multi-layered characters in a tangled web. One small set, three locations, one old cube van, one gun, no car chases or explosions. Excellent, twisty story full of surprises revealed by well cast, hard working actors.
Everything Hollywood can't seem to do - great cinema on a shoestring.
