Yeh i was just thinking of the main adversaries towards the end of the game. Maybe i should have had the cradle on the list though. anyone else draw disturbing similarities between Karras and Hitler?

Yup. Basically Karras is Thief's parallel of Hitler. Both were small, had superiority complexes, genocidal towards minorities and Hitler had quite a shrill voice i reckon. Both were unlikely leaders but rose to have legions of fanatics behid them.

That French bloke with the chickens was small too. Though I was thinking more Bill Gates than Hitler :erm:
Seeing as Garret is missing from the list I'm gonna have to vote Karras. Infact I think I'd vote Karras even if Mr G was listed. Awesome bad guy.

I vote Constantine because of his delivery. All three of these villains are cliched, but then it's difficult not to have a cliche villain.
The cut scenes between Garrett and Constantine are great, both of them. They are the best cut scenes I've ever seen in a game, in that they are bustling with style and atmosphere.
Karras had some decent delivery as well, but Looking Glass didn't cultivate it as well as they could have. Viktoria got in the way for the last half of the game, and her sacrifice is pretty weak and not really heart felt. I didn't feel Garrett's motivation to get that bastard other than "I'd better save the city or I'll be dead too."
Constantine got up close and personal. When it was finally time to go get him, I felt ready and right beside Garrett emotionally. There was a reason for me to do it other than the fact that it was the next stage in the game.
So in the end, Constantine gets my vote but Karras is a close second.
I hated the final glyph crap in TDS, and the Hag was even more impersonal and distant than Karras. I like the concept, it was just implemented in the worst ways.

I'm definitely of a mind to go with Karras. He was so much more fleshed out than Constantine, who just acted as some long, forgotten God and frankly, did not do much in the game. In T2, Karras was a constant threat to Garrett and you actually felt like, at least I did, he was going to cause the proverbial shit to hit the fan. And his voice? Do I even need to mention that? The guy was the epitome of creepiness and honestly, you don't get much more villiany than that.

Also, if we can allow ourselves to be accurate, it should be the Trickster, rather than referring to him, a demi-god, as Constantine; which was just a guise for the Trickster. But yeah, I can understand why he is referred to as Constantine, even Garrett does
after the incident with the Eye.
True that.
And thank God that the Hag is coming in last place, the old biddy anyway. As cool as she was, and as creepy as she was, she just doesn't hold a candle to the evilness of the other two characters. Nice try though. I consider her canon, at least.

Couldn't put it better myself :p
I felt that Karras was interesting, but there wasn't really the same emotional involvement, or genuine desire to destroy him. With Constantine/ The Trickster, there was a whole lot more riding on Garrett's actions. It wasn't just plain self-preservation.
I felt that the Hag was a rather weak enemy. She was at her best when she was either in her little girl form or her elderly woman form, as both were fantastically creepy. Her final shape was rather underwhelming. I found that she wasn't particularly intimidating. Where Karras and Constantine both impressed and rather frightened me, the Hag just left me feeling, "Oh... That's
it?
That's the game's final boss?" The most cliched of all three final enemies, I felt.
Soo, yes, ramble over. I felt that Constantine/ The Trickster was the best.
