Since the Black Parade is out, I've been thinking about other great campaigns for T1/TG/T2/TDS/TMD. It turns out there is quite a decent number of such.
Which campaigns do you consider the best or your personal favourites? Why do you love them? What do you think could have been done better? What do you think makes a campaign good?

Rocksbourg series, The Black Frog and Godbreaker are amazing, Darkstone Gem series is really good, Breaking the Stone is only three missions but it's really good, The Chalice of Souls is only two missions so it's not really a big campaign but it's great. Sturmdrang Peak and Gems of Provenance are unique and good campaigns. Death's Cold Embrace has great atmosphere and it feels nostalgic even on first playthrough, even though it can get a bit repetitive. A Keeper of the Prophecies is really unique, there are some missions in this campaign that I didn't like but overall it's an emotional story with a very unique atmosphere alltogether. Knoss missions are all really good. Trickster's Gem Mine is a really hit and miss series but it has some highlights, I think some of the missions in that series are worth playing if you finished all other great campaigns.

Ominous Bequest is my favorite mission of all time so this and Broken Triad makes definitely my favorite campaign. For nostalgic reasons I would like to name Christines campaigns the Lord Ashton series and the Night Falcon. My english wasn't that goog back then so having those two huge campaigns in my native language was really exciting. And When Still of course.
A good campaign should have an interesting and easy to follow story. The more names are involved, the harder it gets for me because I'm not really good at remembering them. :cheeky: And I like campaigns which are a little bit challenging. With riddles, difficult to reach places, a high loot goal and a good amount of enemies. This is, in my opinion, the biggest flaw of the Black Parade, it was by far the easiest campaign I ever played.
