I just beat the game with NO augs, but when I do use them, I like the drone, regeneration, cloak, and strength. I just toss the other ones away generally.

Long-range sonar vision sure helped in last area.Never used spy drone.

I just can't do without muscle (moving crates) and the speed aug (jumping and falling). I can do without all the aggresive mods. I never install them.
