Well, suffice it to say that I don't agree. Besides, does McDowell ever do anything
but voice villains in games? :p
Screw McDowell, that's the least of a problem.

A spoiler is a piece of information in an article about a narrative work (such as a book, feature film, television show or video game) that reveals plot events or twists, and thus may 'spoil' the experience for any reader who learns details of the plot in this way rather than in the work itself.

I don´t understand this hate for Oblivion. It had flaws, but it also had great achievements.
Maybe "fast travel", "auto-level monsters", NPCs with few dialogue options and lack of their promised AI is causing fear.
Anyway, it will probably be modable so even if it has flaws the gamers can correct it.
It better be good, because the competitor "STALKER Clear Sky" is seriously promising on the pos-apocalyptic survival simulation.

stalker is in no way and never will be an competitior to obli...aehm fallout.
and if you followe the STALKER forum here on ttlg the dev itself (gsc games) said that it never intended STALKER (and especially clear sky) to please the general public. as russia has many dedicated pc gamers that demand complex and no "takes you by the hand/needs handsome hero to identify with" gameplay. believe me, clear sky will be the side-note while obli..fallout3 will be pushed onto 6page articles and vomitted upon by 9.9/10 "this game is the future" (see bioshock) hyberbole. that's why I stayed away from any hype and/or screenshots from this one. I didn't even read above listing, only checked out a few comments on the linked forum. with FarCry2, STALKER and WitcherEnhanced all approaching in the next months I will have no trouble sitting that one out. as well as waiting for MassEffect to drop in price and drop the copy protection.

Yes yes, like I say I regard maybe one of those as a spoiler (the Presidential one) - the rest do not reveal any more than the initial setting of a quest, certainly no twists or developments. And a
Wikipedia definition? Honestly?

Maybe those revelations don't spoil part of future game experience for you, but they DO for me. Fair enough? Wiki definition honestly.

I need to stop reading stuff about Fallout 3. It just makes me angry.

Enemies will not adjust their levels to that of the player. If you come to a certain place when your level is too low, you're expected to die.
Leveled enemies ultimately ruined Oblivion for me, it totally sucked the tension and fun out of exploring. So hearing that the system isn't making another unwanted appearance in FO3 is grand news indeed.
Though reading through the feature bullets makes me think the game isn't Oblivion With Guns like so many people have been claiming, but rather STALKER With Experience Points.

Also, "Oblivion with guns" is a very foggy statement.
I know. People used it to describe Stalker too.

that doesn't sound that bad to me.
i would play it but it shouldn't be called Fallout3.
