After losing the battle of his own will and bludgeoning Andrew Ryan to death, Jack makes his way to the Little Sister's Orphanage, where Dr. Tenenbaum waits .
Upon arrival, Tenenbaum administers a serum to remove Fontaine's influence over Jack. Trusting Jack's remorse for his actions, Tenenbaum offers him a present - a Big Daddy suit.
Jack suits up and heads back to Rapture Central Control. From there he deploys a fleet of Security Drones in an attempt to locate and flush out Fontaine. Spotting him on one of the cameras, he takes the elevator up to the final meeting.
Despite now having an arsenal of plasmids and tonics (Not to mention lots of cool Big Daddy abilities), Jack is smacked around hard by Fontaine. Suddenly, Little Sisters pour out of the woodwork, accompanied by an army of Big Daddies to protect them! Fontaine is quickly overwhelmed and subdued.
In a last ditch effort to save himself, Fontaine shouts, "Would you kindly call them off?!"
A message appears on screen: "Harvest (H) --- Leave (L)
The Harvest Ending:
Jack replies, "Remember - the One-Two Punch!", and with that, zaps Fontaine with a Thunderbolt, and finishes him off with a wrench to his face.
The End.
The Leave Ending:
Jack takes a step back, and motions the Little Sisters to stand back.
From the shadows, a small army of splicers come forward and begin feasting on Fontaine.
Third Ending:
The player doesn't choose Harvest or Leave, but instead, walks over to a Bathysphere.
Jack removes his Big Daddy suit, and drops all his gear. He borrows a tool from one of the Little Sisters, and uses it - on himself.
"A man chooses", he says, and rides out in the Bathysphere, as the Little Sisters go crazy on Fontaine.
The End.
