And don't fall into the grave, it can be a bit tricky to get back out...
I second that...what the hell was the problem there??

Of course it is on normal.
Huh. Why have I never noticed it? Oh well...
Anyway Thief 2 will have to wait until I get a new computer, sadly. My old laptop just sputters and spits. I could play through most of the game, but with low fps, and Soulforge was unplayable.

It's '06, and you computer isn't advanced enough to play a game released in '00... have you tried ebay, I understand old computers go quite cheap there.

Sadly, it will come to a point where old classics will no longer be playable...
That's where emulators come in. Like DOSBox, dos emulator for winxp
But, does anyone know of more secret objectives? Come on, Lytha? Anyone?

Blow me. So I don't have almost a grand to drop on a new machine; sue me.

It's a grave. They aren't designed so that people can get out of them. Once you go into one the visit is expected to be permanent. That's why people are buried so deep - on the off chance that they come back to life they can't easily climb out and bother their relatives who are busy dividing the spoils.

You could get a PC capable of playing Thief 1/2 for a lot less than a grand.

You can get mid performance (super high performance around 2000) computers for about a grand. A computer that would run it just fine, I would say absolute tops $600. Ebay, you may get a defective computer...But, it's fine if you don't have the money to blow on a new computer, it just really depends on how much you wanna play thief. I reckon you could get a mid performance (for 2000) for around $250 or less.
