They're all okay, but...

That's bad. I really hope this is not an international terror attack but rather an inside act. Finding and punishing the culprits would be faster, easier and more conclusive, and now's not really the best time for piling up on international tensions. One way or another, I hope they catch the bastards.

We used to live in Boston and my wife was a member of one of the biggest area running clubs, so we have a lot of friends in the race. Still trying to find out if any were hurt. Sadly, these kinds of events are way easier targets than smuggling bombs onto airplanes.

Last I read said 2 dead and dozens injured. There are pictures floating around already that do not look pretty. Lots of blood on the sidewalks.:tsktsk:

One of the dead was an 8 year old.

New York Post is reporting that they've got a "person of interest" under guard, who just happens to be a Saudi national. 12 dead so far according to the Post.
