Supposedly saying Suspect #2 (white hat) dropped the bag right before the explosion. Which evidently was laid next to a lil boy (RIP), his sister (lost leg), and their mother (had head surgery today).

From what the media (on the link) said, these two brothers have been here for a year legally. I'm amazed at how quickly the authorities were able to identify them - the firefight that ensued between authorities and the two suspects took place at around 1:30 this morning. I'd watched footage from another video yesterday that shows the two men walking down a sidewalk in the area where the bombs went off, both men wearing backpacks. Though the news brief accompanying the video stated that a video shows one of the men dropping his backpack (near two children), that part wasn't shown. Authorities are still evacuating people in the town where they caught one of the suspects (now dead); schools and business are closed and people who remain behind are advised to lock their doors as the suspect still at large is reportedly heavily armed. Obviously they want to take the suspect still at large alive. Speculations are running high, as usual, and given the fact that the media has mis-reported facts about these bombings already, it might be awhile til we actually know anything concrete.
