There's nothing wrong with Season 3, bukary is just dumb.
Thanks for reminding me that I should avoid Comm Chat.
I just think that the first few episodes of season 3 were not as good as the beginning of the previous seasons. But it's getting better and better since episode 5. And the last one was... thrilling. One of the best. In other words, Breaking Bad is still the greatest TV show.

The show had an amazing first season, average second, the third seems to be trying to claw it back but I don't like the whole Mystical Mexican Wraiths thing.
Since there is no more Deadwood and no more The Wire, nor even The Shield, I suppose Breaking Bad is as good as TV gets atm.

They're the sort of occurences and consequences that too many programs duck away from or make far too clean.
God yes, I just watched season 2's episode 12(out of 13) and the ending had me all  Walt comes up against a lot of moral dilemmas and while I do think he's gone too far to ever really go back to being a "normal person" anymore, the ending of this episode I don't know how to feel about. I mean sure
it's possible that Jane and Jesse could've been saved somehow but most likely she really was on a doomed path and bound to end up that way anyway and was gonna drag him down with her. When I saw it I was like "save her! no wait don't! no, DO save her!" AAAAAAAAGH! FUCK FUCK FUCK fuck
Fuck.
What a show.

Just finished the episode where the battery died in the desert. Great one. I'm enjoying this season but some of the subplots are definitely being dragged out. Also it seems that Skylar went from hiding everything from Walt and their marriage being on the brink of doom to sort-of everything being hunky-dory which confuses me.

I haven't been too crazy about season 3 so far, but the latest episode (the one with the fly) was just so damn good it made up for it. Great show!

The start of s3 with the crazy Mexican dudes is kind of weird, but I'm working with it.
I'm a little bit pissed with the whole Skylar situation but we'll see how that goes, however it was almost worth it just to hear Hank's version of advice... "do the retreat, and then... BING."
Favourite moments of s2: Walt watching the junkie girl die and the "which one" slip up.

Double post.
Season 3 continues to go from strength to strength. Only episode 3 but the way its subverted its own formula, instead of a slow burn with the cousins we've got almost instant fireworks, instead of Walt doing "bad" things for the sake of his family it's now just trying to keep his family together and rejecting the "bad guy" life choice, Jesse has gone from druggy fuckwit to emotionally tortured "bad guy" (and comfortable with it), Skylar has gone from shrill supportive shrew to hateful bitch who can't hack losing control. And then there's Saul just keeping everything comedy gold.
This is quickly becoming one of my top top shows.

Season 3 just builds so spectacularly. And what they're doing with Skylar is fantastic.
