Yeah I'm sure it has it's niche, but calling us grumpy because we aren't all super excited about a lofi version of what we already have made by one guy...
I'd be a lot more excited if someone was working on a Cryengine port that supports all existing fan missions for Thief and TDM...
Imagine no more performance issues and the perfect modern platform for all that beautiful fan content.

We have no games that look as if you stepped into a 3D version of a Sierra adventure game. Thief does not look like that, System Shock does not look like that, Deus Ex does not look like that. On the other hand, there are hi-res texture mods for all of those games.
