you could try the approach used by the Sanctuary guys (http://www.sanctuaryforall.com) http://www.sanctuaryforall.com or the guys at Star Wreck (http://www.starwreck.com) http://www.starwreck.com i.e use lots of chromakey and build the sets virtually then go for short episodes rather than the entire movie in one go

best of luck with the project it will be interesting to see how it turns out

Maybe you could make a video or a powerpoint presentation, or something. KIDDING!:eww:

EDIT: I can't get any of the media to load. All I get is that white square, and it never gets beyond that. The media on other sites I frequent work fine for me. The YouTube video is unavailable, too, as you can see.

I hope replying to a thread this old isn't too noobish. It's my first post here, but for good reason.

I'm a long time lurker of this forum, and I typically don't join forums unless something piques my interest. This has.

I really hope that this doesn't come off as arrogant, but I feel as if I can offer something to this project. My teachers have been calling me a gifted author with a good voice for several years, and writing is a dear passion of mine. If this is to be based on the games, or an original story, I would be thrilled if I could take part in the writing aspect.

Also, acting is another thing I take pride in. I've been in drama since a young age, and practice such skills regularly. I can upload a picture justifying my next statement as soon as I can get black hair dye to make the resemblance more apparent. I have been told by friends I bear a resemblance to Viktoria (in her human form, of course) so, if you plan on using her in the movie, I would be thrilled if you would consider me. I will jump through any loopholes necessary to be her, for it has always been a dream of mine.

Acting, writing and Thief are all huge passions of mine, and if I could lend anything to this production, I would do so in a heartbeat. Also, a colleague and dear friend of mine who is both co-author and introduced me to Thief is also quite interested and willing to help in any way possible.

We would be elated to take part in this.
