Finished... WOW  FANTASTIC! Eshaktaar has created a masterpiece again :thumb: Thanks for the great work!

I´m also finished on hard:thumb: As usual, I rushed through the missions... now it is time to replay slowly on expert! I just wanted to go on for the next breathtaking scene... Thank you, Eshaktaar; I was expecting a great mission pack, but this even more, a milestone among Thief FMs!
I had problems with sound: most of it disappeared when I entered the necropolis, sound worked OK in the sanctuary but nowhere else. I could hear only short cuts of footsteps etc.
I updated Darkloader and reinstalled the missions, but it didn´t help. I´ll let you know what happens second time.

In the beta test, we had some trouble with the loot, secret and objective sounds not working in mission 2 after playing for a while. We never found the cause of it, though.

Losing sounds does not spoil the mission, but it certainly affects the atmosphere. Also, if you don´t hear approaching enemies, it makes it much harder.

No, seriously, anybody with a hint -
on how the scarabs help you find the Treasury?Thanx :D
Walk in the direction they're facing.

We never had it go
that far. It was just fairly inconsequential sounds that we lost, as far as I know. Certainly all I lost was the loot, secret and objective sounds.

Hint: Check the light fixture in the hallway ceiling.
Bigger Hint: Push the button in the light and watch what happens.
Outright spoiler: Push the button then rush over onto the piece of floor that lowers, make sure you're right in the middle and crouch.

OK, I am slightly frustrated with the treasury. No one has answered this question specifically:
1. I have stood under the waterfall (a long time ago)
2. I see the scarabs
3. I figured out the code and got the obelisk door open
4. I climb down there and it is a dead end
So what is next? Eshkaatar says to "walk in the direction they are facing". Well I still don't get it. I see two of them "down there", but I am lost. Can't find any switches, anything.
EDIT: OK, I see now. Guess I should have been more patient. :)
For everyone else wondering what to do at this stage:
Look at every beetle you see emerge, turn in the direction it is facing and move forward till you see another beetle. Eventually, the hallway will change and you'll realize you've been teleported to somewhere else.
FYI: For those who want the full spoiler for what symbols to enter to move the obelisk:
1. Hare
2. Scarab (beetle)
3. Eye
4. Duck
I kinda encountered a "bug" though you guys already made aware of it...the absence of sound through the entire last path. I can hear the warriors and mages scream as they die but after the cutcene of the demon emerging, my footsteps kinda went silent throughout the entire mission, save for when I was in the sanctuary. Other than that the mission was just jaw droppingly awesome XD
