Brother Cavador in Kidnap

Ok im replaying the Thief 2 Campaign on Expert.. i haven't played this in a while.
where is brother cavador??? hes supposed to be at the site with the green light but for some reason all the sites i have been to have a green light and i cant find cavador! please help!

He's constantly on the move. The site with the green light is the one he's currently at, so you may have been just ahead of him all the time.

i doubt it because i was looking at two different sites at the same time and they both had green lights... btw does it show a RED light if hes not there?

Can't honestly say I remember for sure. It's been a while.
Anyway, you could try reading the (http://www.gamespot.com/gamespot/guides/thief2_gg/p5-38.html) walkthrough and see if you missed anything.

The site has green light if Cavador has already been there. He also may have gone already — the light is still present.

The site has RED light if YOU have already been there and someone noticed it.

When he pass all the sites he planned to visit, he'll return to his quarters.

There's a parchment at the first building you see (you SHOULD be there to open the entrance gate), that describes all of this.

Cavador does not even start the circuit unless you READ that document.

If you do not, he never leaves his quarters.

[SPOILER]His quarters is site 5, that document gives you Brother Cavador's schedule.
You can choose a second or third site, clean that area and just wait.
Thief 2 has three schedules programmed into it.[/SPOILER]
