I've actually seen little mushroom lamps at Lowe's, which is what got me thinking about this whole thing some months back. There are several styles available, but the ones I saw were frosted glass with that 1930s/40s look, very charming, and not cheap and toyish like so many others.

Well, i would love to build Angel watch and have it all to myself bwah ha ha, but in all seriousness i would really like to build the Lost City from TDP. And if i were feeling adventerous i would rebuild Karath Din as i think it would have apeared at it's height 1000's of years ago. :cheeky:

A few years ago after watching Star Trek: Next Gen I was thinking how great it would be to have holodeck technology to play your favourite computer games in. At the time I was thinking about games like Leisure Suit Larry and Space Quest but it would be awesome to play Thief.

When I get rich, I will build a mansion that would look exactly just like the one in Heist Society.

I've actually thought of that as well. Now that would be *really* neat. With safeties, of course. . .so the more clumsy thieves among us would not kill themselves falling off stuff. :tsktsk: (As clumsy as I can be in there? I'd need some safety net! lol) But. . .sheesh. Would you EVER have to get into shape! Although, it'd be a great way to work out!

I'd like to build the Ivory Rose Casino & Gentlemen's Club. Anybody know a good architect? :cheeky: ;)

My question to you is... if you could recreate just one structure/area/room from any of the Thief games as your own fantasy home away from home, which would it be and why?
Ramirez's mansion from Assassins. There's pretty cosy in there... as at home
From T2 I can name the 1st mission mansion (don't remember the name exactly).

That would be the home of the Lord and Lady Rumford.:)

I like the little chamber in TDS's Old Quarter which you can reach only across the rooftops. Might be quite hot in summer, but in winter I like the idea of looking out into the streets from high above and through lead glass windows.

Definitely the run-down, zombie-infested district from the Haunted Cathedral. (Okay, minus the zombies...)
