Just finished this one the other day and I wanted to thank the author for a really fun FM! I only needed to come online and scan through this thread *once* --
At the beginning I found one of the loot secrets in the chapel, so I assumed I'd found all I could find in there... I don't think I ever would have found the holy object on my own.
A very good mansion burglary/puzzle mission. I'll be playing it again, trying to ghost next time. (I did *try* to ghost my first time through, but somehow I ended up with a trail of about 20 unconscious bodies in my wake...)

Okay, I need to know where the master bedroom key is? I have searched everywhere. The only place I can not get is past the set of double doors just past Officer McGills room and that couple in the next door. I feel bad because I know I am missing something obvious, but I am truly stumped. Thanks for any help!

It's worn by a guard that patrols into the big gaming room through the double doors on the east side.

Fun mission, BlackThief!
Nice design (especially indoors), I like the kind of (brick) textures you used, and the
spells were cool to find and use :thumb:.
The story about the Brotherhood and the search for the Book of Death was pretty good. From the
Tower of the Black Arts area I expected more, to be honest.
Finding the required amount of loot on Expert difficulty was the hardest objective for me. Eventually I spent a long time looking for one item to achieve the goal. I ended up with 3865.
I noticed the texts on the map are in german rather then english. I guess you forgot to fix this?
Beside several remaining bugs, and some other complaints (like the
tiny switch hidden behind the tapestry you'll need to find to get the artefact for example), overall this is a more then average effort for a first mission!
You were once working on a second FM, called (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=86965) A Deadly Trail. Any chance it will be released someday?

Just played this FM, and I want to repeat The Phantom's question...
Any chance that it will be released? (And when?)
maga on 31/3/2010 at 12:41
I freed him. Now I'm at the back of the church where the barrels are, can hear Lars walking but cannot see him. I don't know what to do next...........
Nightwalker on 31/3/2010 at 17:08
Did he get stuck someplace? He's supposed to go back to the graveyard and you're supposed to follow him to make sure he gets there safely. Maybe you could try it again if you have a save just before you released him?
maga on 31/3/2010 at 18:00
Nightwalker, I followed him to the graveyard where he got safely but he's........invisible, I can hear him but cannot see him. and I don't know what to do next...........:(
Nightwalker on 31/3/2010 at 23:50
Did the objective to free him check off? If it did, then you're done with him. If not, then you may have hit a bug.
maga on 1/4/2010 at 06:17
I don't have that objective (playing on hard), I only have to find the book of death, and I thought he would take me to it.....
So I don't know what to do. I've read here about an excavation site with spells and things, and mage tower, but I cannot figure out where to go in order to find them..........
