I blew through the wall of rubble and I can't figure out how to get across the lava into the open window. I tried many times but can't make the jump. There's no place to rope arrow. Did I miss something?

Thanks for the help. I have just finished it and loved it. This is just my type of mission and you do not make the clues too difficult or the the switches too small. I was even only 5 short of the loot objective on expert b ut I haven't found the secret so will have fun exploring more.

Earlier in the mission, I let Lars out; he bolted so fast I couldn't possibly follow him... especially since, unlike Lars, I make footsteps that the guards can hear!
I figured I'd catch up with him sooner or later, and I looted much of the house (I'm ghosting, so there are still some areas I haven't figured out how to get into without being spotted).
Eventually, I decided to leave the house and head for the cathedral. On the way out, I passed through the graveyard, opened the door -- and there was Lars, dead as a clam, right the other side of the (unlocked) cemetary gate.
I picked him up and dumped him inside the cemetary and waited for the game to end with me a loser... but nothing happened! What's up with that? How am I supposed to "make sure that he reaches the graveyard safely" when he runs out the door like his hair was on fire? And why didn't I get the skull and crossbones when he was killed?
Do I have to go all the way back to that point and not let him out? (If so, yeesh, I don't know if I'm going to bother.)

Only if an AI gets killed by Garrett, will you lose a mission. Many FM creators forget about this. Since he wasn't killed by yourself, the mission didn't end!
Odd, when i released him he just vanished when he reached his destination, on normal difficulty and i was easily able to follow him. (Must be quicker on a harder difficulty setting)

yes you're right sluggs i should have made a "don't let the guards kill lars objective" :erg:
it's not a good mission for ghosting especially because of lars ;)
so you also probably won't complete the steal the book of death objective without beeing spotted...
but you'll like my mission no.2, there you HAVE to ghost in some areas :)
here are some screenshots:

Well, I'll keep ghosting as far as I can. It's certainly possible to design a mission that is impossible to ghost -- for example, make a piece of loot an objective, then put it behind a door that needs to be smashed open -- but if you weren't consciously trying to make it unghostable, you might be surprised how devious we ghosters can be!
I'll find out whether I can ghost it when the time comes... but even if I can't, that only tells us that I'm not a good enough ghoster (but we already know I'm just a ghosting pudwhacker): you can't really say it's unghostable until Peter Smith, Vanguard, Old Man, and the other saints of ghosting try it and fail!
(I will say I'm worried, though: there's a room I can't get into, at least not yet, with a guy who paces furiously around the brightly lit room in a pattern so chaotic it's almost random... and since there isn't much overhead -- only 3965 in the mission and 3800 (!) required -- I might not be able to finish without the loot in there. Plus there's the problem of Lars; I won't be able to get all the objectives, but that could be fixed by leaving Lars until last, or maybe leaving the cemetary gate open next time.)
