Object textures are more difficult, since they'll often need a new model, too.
I've picked some of the ones that look like they should work without a custom model.
I just created a new "family" called "obj" and placed them in there:

This reminds me that I have all these Victorian doors with hinges and lockplates, which won't look right in-game.
