The indicated areas are too dark. I believe you should be able to see the wood behind, just deeper set & shaded.

You have an exceptional talent C-BEAM, well done.
I've tried to find exact sources for the Damask print wallpaper for Thief, but they are impossible to track down.
While yours are excellent (as are all your textures), they do lack the precise detail associated with that particular style of wall covering.
Cornucopia Damask wallpaper usually depicts fruit, flowers; things of that ilk, like the example below.

yeah, It seems like this is the only option we have to do it right. I know it's really hard but can you find out more wallpapers ?

I think the only way to do it accurately is to hand-draw new shapes with the desired level of detail, most likely using a vector drawing package.
It's a lot of work.
