The panel at the bottom of that last texture looks bad quality, almost like it's been hit by colour reduction and jpeg artefacts, though in truth that effect is caused by a combination of the corrosion on the raised wooden parts (which look a bit like artefacts) and the texture of the darker parts having some very visible lines of solid colour (which look a bit like banding lines).
I'd suggest changing the texture of the raised parts to have a more even tone, possibly make the edges more prominent, and to tweak the dark panel texture a bit to make less "single pixel of a lighter colour" sections.

By the way, could you post again when you update one of the textures in the earlier posts? I suspect I've missed a few revisions at this point.
I was just about to ask about that texture Larry commented on (with the too-dark areas), only to see you'd already made a better version and sneakily placed it up in the original post! :)
