I can't believe I didn't manage to have them in that configuration before - thanks bukary.
Anyway, I've now done everything except [SPOILER]Find out all the bad things about the townsfolk and find and steal the map..... I've scoured the whole area and haven't found a thing. I have the last will which says the map will go to city hall once he dies, but there's no city hall, and I've turned his house upside down looking for it.[/SPOILER]

I'm stuck pretty much where you are, Yandros. [SPOILER]I did find a clue that said that that guard (Mark) was the one carrying the knife. It also said something about a snake protecting his treasure. I have the knife, but haven't spotted a "snake".[/SPOILER]
Also, where is Edward's apartment? I gather it's over the jewelry shop, but I can't seem to find a way up there.

Secondly,
[SPOILER]read carefully inkeeper's message. To find the map, you just need... some knife. Try to use this knife in the map owner house.[/SPOILER]

Thanks, bukary! I had already found the item for the first objective, but had reloaded to before I found it and forgotten to go back for it. The second one (snake) was pretty sneaky, but obvious I guess.... I had been wondering why[SPOILER]the snakeman head was frobbable but did nothing...[/SPOILER]
It's weird, I would swear I made this mission if I didn't know better (the author used my doors, a texture from Eastwater Bank Gold, and my love for hidden switches and puzzles).... but I promise, it's not me.
Still have 2 secrets to find... I have no clue where they could be.
