[SPOILER]Couldn't find the holy water, So went into room with holes in the wall, stabbed at the zombies from there and retreated when they fell. They don't get up again if you don't touch them.[/SPOILER]

Holy water: in the cellar room with the boarded-up passage, just to the left of the door that leads to the rat-infested area there's a chest partially obscured by boxes. Two holy water flasks in there.
