Can anyone tell me where I can download Calendras Cistern 2 and can I play it through Thief-2 Fan-Mission Selector? Or do I need a different loader?
UPDATE!
I just downloaded it and put it my Thief-2 Fan-Mission Selector folder but when I go to play it, it comes up as Calendras Cistern ok and it has all the Calendra graphics but when I play it ,it just starts at the first mission on Thief 2 where you have to get Guinevere for Basso? does anyone know what's gone wrong? I hope that made sense.

What exactly did you play? "Calendra's Cistern" (a single mission for Thief 1 AKA The Dark Project), or "Calendra's Legacy" (a small campaign, sequel to "Calendra's Cistern", but for Thief 2)?
I played "Calendra's Legacy" a few times during the last years, often with FMSel (FM-Selector; the one that is shipped with NewDark), and I do not remember any problem like this. When and how I played "Calendra's Cistern" last time I do not know for sure.
If you play "Calendra's Cistern" with Thief 2 or "Calendra's Legacy" with Thief 1, then that could be the reason for what you experience, although AFAIK, the player usually gets wrong or missing textures first, most of the time.

Thanks for that I have now installed it into darkloader for thief Gold but the play button is greyed out for some reason? Any ideas why?

If I do not get that information then I doubt I will be able to find out what went wrong.

I tried to play Calendra's Cistern firstly with Thief 2 FMsel and then with Thief 1 Darkloader and as I said above when I tried it with FMSEL it looked like it loaded fine with all the graphics loaded at the start game screen but when i clicked on play game, it loaded into the original game?
So then I tried it with Darkloader for thief 1 and it shows up ok in Darkloader but the play button is greyed out I have uninstalled and reinstalled Darkloader 4.3 but it's still the same.

-Don't use Darkloader. Ever. It's old and outdated, and will more than likely give you problems.
-Calendra's Cistern is a Thief 1/Gold mission, so only use Thief 1/Gold to play it. It will not work at all with Thief 2.
-Use FMSel or AngelLoader to load the mission.
You mention above you used FMSel to load the mission, but it started the first mission of Thief 2. That means you're using the wrong FMSel, you need to use the one for specifically for Thief 1/Gold
