Upon reaching Mercedes by the bridge in winter's eve, Mercedes gets stuck in her dialogue. You get locked in a box and cannot move outside said box while Merceds constantly just repeates the dialogue.

This sounds like something has gone wrong in your game rather than it being a bug in the mission, nothing like this has been reported previously. Have you tried reloading a previous hard save? Occasional things like this do happen (bad save etc) and are usually resolved when you replay the mission from an older save.

Never heard of that before. I know conversations start over upon reloads, or they fail to start in the first place, but to repeat the same line over an over is new.

i was able to go to fire barrel and she starts to talk then back away a bit then go back to barrel and she restarts conversation,can be done over and over again,so that entire thing has been glitched for years
