Stealing Red Arrow - Garret
How do you handle the Archer guarding the fourth floor. I don't have a BJ or anything to knock her out, and I can't kill her. I can sneak up to the lock, but as soon as I open it, she's alerted.

By walking very slowly and by being on the side for the lock :D
It is necessary to stay against the centre of the room and to use the function " to bend forward "

If she alerts when you fondle the lock or the gate then she's already first alerted when she heard you or caught sight of you. Just be more stealthy. With Kharras Drahg in hand, crouch-walking is footstep free.

Total Loot Count - Garrett
Did anyone get the full amount possible for this level? I got just under 4500, and was wondering if someone could suggest the more difficult locations for goodies. I noticed there was one huge diamond, or crumpled up piece of paper, depending on your sobriety, lying on the pavement right in the open along one of the paths. The most difficult loot for me were those tiny rings or coins that you could only see if you looked right at it. One was at the harp, another by the Ghoul Eye. I DID get the trinket on top of the coffin overlooking the ramp down to the cellar in the cemetary. I also found a ring by a tombstone. I guess I could go around picking the pockets of the undead. I haven't done that yet.

I am always to 4995 and 26 pockets :(
I would also like to know where is the remainder :D

I keep thinking that some loot may have been available only in the pre-Cathedral opening of this mission. I haven't gotten a chance to check this out yet.

That's a lot of missing loot. Anyway, I found Old Man's Walkthrough to be extremely helpful, and I now rest at 4875.
There's such a wide area to look. One thing I noticed the very first time I played this level. The ladder against the wall at the cathedral only goes to the second floor balcony. But I thought there was an open window cloaked in darkness above it. I tried to use a rope arrow, but was unsucessful. Also some windows look abnormally bright throughout the map, but getting to them is impossible. And there is more than one laundry line, but only the one seems to be manueverable. Of coarse, the canal is ALWAYS a source to scour. But I think there is a single motherlode of loot somewhere, and no one has discovered it yet.
Could the makers of this level respond to the loot inventory? We don't need a walkthrough, just a confirmation that ALL loot is attainable. It could very well be that some of it is timed or may disappear when you engage Mercedes. That would mean it's futile to search any more.
Lady Jo has the most that I've seen...so close to 5000 :)

Purah has gone on to other things and I doubt very much he has the time to check it all out, so I think we're probably on our own. :)

Well, Old Man missed a ring (or was it a coin?) in the nursery of the cemetary house. Killing the rocking horse helps. (It's a zombie so holy water arrows work well.)
Other than that, I don't think I got much more than 4800 myself. One often overlooked bit is the goblet that's on a balcony just west of Peabody's. One time, after NOTLD, I found it lying on a street. Apparently some explosion had knocked it down.
NOTLD also gives you a chance to check the corpses of pickpockets you might have missed.
