I think you may find the information you're looking for concerning the Ultimate Easter Egg there, too, but I'm not sure. Just in case it's not, I'll send you a PM. :) Ahem :cheeky: , I've been to the aforementioned page, but as I said earlier, Purah didn't give hints on finding them  *is pretending to be bitter* Honestly, some people post questions or hints on specific ones but I haven't found them for each individual easter egg.. So again, someone help :p *is sorry to be so demanding to

Well, I looked into it.
Apparently there's a DestoryTrap, called something along the lines of 'NDEDestory', which is triggered by the button which Mercedes frobs before her AIWatchObj conversation, which has ControlDevice links to near a screenful of AIs.
Those links are the culprits, okay.
My advice:
Instead of using a Destroy Trap, make a new stim, then hit all those AIs with it during Mercedes' conversation.
Give them all a response to Slay Object: Me when they recieve this stim.
Add an Abort receptron to the M-KnockedOut metaproperty.

What! No posts on this thread since June 25? I'll fix that! ;)
Playing on Garrett setting, I'm about 45 minutes into this mission and neck-deep in undead. Avoiding the cops was bad enough but avoiding these guys is just nutty and my equipment seems woefully underpowered to deal with them.
I know that going back to your room after dropping off the Cylix makes the most sense plot-wise but I believe that's what triggers the undead invasion. Is there a more reasonable sequence of action that makes dealing with the undead easier (i.e. that amulet thingy)? For example, 1. Drop off Cylix 2. Steal diamond 3. Assemble amulet 4. Etc.
Usually in these situations I play it through and then replay in a more optimal order but this mission is so huge and requires so much ghosting, I'd rather be spoiled with pointers. Posting, e-mail, or PM would be great.
Thanks!

Drop off the Cylix and then explore the city thoroughly. Take the time to collect all the weaponry that you find lying around and assemble the Amulet. After that, head to your room to meet Mercedes. It's tough to do it after you've triggered the undead unless you REALLY like dealing with them. :)
Before you try to get into the Museum, go find a letter that allows you access without having to sneak in. It's much easier.
Perhaps this was answered someplace but I can't find it. I have placed the skull, all three eyes, the amulet and the book on the pentagram and nothing happens. What could be wrong? I know I have the correct eyes because they were identified in the inventory and I have placed them on the correct part of the pentagram according to the diagram in the book. HELP, I am stalled.

hi, has anybody a savegame for me 2 continue to mission III?
It happend that all objectives but the 'deliver cyrix...' and the 'get stash...' are marked green, though I fullfilled(?) everthing. Meaning I can do what I want, the mission doesn't end :-(

That bug is usually associated with trying to play this mission with an unpatched version of Thief 2, which has been mentioned many times. I have also come across a few people who said they ran into it even with a patched version, though not many. I don't think a saved game would help, if that's the problem. If you've done everything else, just use "crtl+alt+shift+end" to finish the mission and go on to the next one. :)

Getting Kharras Drag (sword) will help in dealing with the undead. I don't know if it's available on all difficulty settings, though.

It's available on CatThief and Garrett, but not on Footpad. :)
