The 1.07 to 1.18 patch is detailed in this forum's FAQ near the top of the topics listing. There's a link there to the patch at an EIDOS site. Take care with the UK version information.
Luck!

I do know these walkthroughs. But I was thinking of a FAQ that doesn't spoil the player (more than necessary), but tells how to avoid pitfalls such as "some knocked-out guards count as kills when killed by an external event, making the mission fail", or bad things that happen quite often such as the museum invitation not working. The former, BTW, is non-optimal design. Couldn't his have been avoided somehow?

But you must remember that, unfortunately, DromEd (Thief editor) can not be called perfect and user-friendly tool... :( My advice: play "Midnight in Murkbell" again from the beginning. After all, it might be quite a pleasant experience... :)

Well, it *was* a pleasant experience. But, as you probably know, the first time of any mission is special, and if effects like those describe can spoil the fun I call it non-optimal design.
Finished mission 3, too, BTW. Wow, that Keeper Sanctuary architecture is impressive. All in all, CL sets a new standard for atmosphere. I hope T3 will be able to keep up ;)

Gleaming Facet is a jeweller's shop. You can get there only before NOTLD. ;)
Please Help!!! I have tried multiple times to rebuild the amulet and have yet to be able to do so. I am running the game on Footpad and have the patched version 1.18 loaded. I have tried every concievable way to place the items that I can think of,
including placing the Lich Eye in position 1 as a Lich would seem to be "the most ghoulish"
to no avail. If anyone can advise me as to what I might try next or how to go about building the amulet, I would be grateful.
