Did you get the "Vampyre Sword"?, the "Red Arrow" painting from the museum?, or the "emerald" (I think that's right)?

I know, I know, it's a bug, there's nothing anyone can do about it but I need a place to rant :cheeky: ARGH ARGH AAARGH! I hate that monster! It finds me every single time! It's gotten so bad that I'm practically forced to ghost Act 2 almost entirely
because I've got to get the loot before the 'Night of the Living Dead', that is, without my equipment. But I'm not good enough or patient enough to ghost the Museum, so I've got to leave that later, and thats when it finds me.
Once I was standing in the perfect shadow deep inside the Museum, and it opened the door and sniffed its way right to me! It couldn't possibly see me. Eeek!
It didn't help that I had the magic sword so I could actually see it!
One other time I was on the top floor when I could here it come in, growling around downstairs. It has found me in an alley, it has found me in the street. It finds me everywhere  Of course, it makes the play more challenging, but ngngh...

South of Vilrath's Garden in the canal I encountered a skeletton standing on the ground there in the water, that talks continous to itself. It obviously looks for jortul and than tells he's my "sex-boy". It never attacks when I dived down to have a closer look.
Are you kidding me?!
Roz: Smart to do as much as possible before NOTLD. Easier to deal with humans than monsters as far as I'm concerned. You can grab your gear without triggering it and then clean the cities for goodies. If you're looking for all the loot, one extra item pops up the museum after NOTLD though, so you'll have to get back in there to get it anyway. Never had any trouble with that beast IIRC.

Hey, what do you know, my rant obviously paid off -- I didn't see or hear the monster this time at all, a historic first I think... :) But I still didn't have the courage to see all the fun stuff there is....

Ok, so the answer to my question could be here somewhere, but it's way too late and I'm way too frustrated to read through all this. I can't even check off my first objective. I can't, for the life of me, figure out where the Cardinal's room is. I've gone in though the window and the balcony, so I'm assuming you actually have to go through the cathedral, but I can't go more than two steps without someone noticing me.
So, can someone please answer these questions, with a yes or no only?
1. Is the cardinal's room on the ground floor? Is it closer to the alter end of the cathedral?
2. Are there any more moss arrows lying around on the way from the Inn to the Cathedral, other than the one in the little room with the water and broken statue?
3. Do you have more time on easier difficulties? (I'm playing the Garrett difficulty)
Thanks much.

cardinal's room is on ground floor, on front right side, near altar area
on easier difficulties you get more time, yes

I believe there are more moss arrows if you take the route through
Lara Croft's spy post. I think the chest in there has some. You have to rope arrow up to an open window around the side of the Museum. You can go through another window from there and into the Cathedral grounds. It's actually faster and easier than the other way because you're already part-way around so you don't have as far to go to get to the entry points.
Thanks much to Komag and Nightwalker. Those were the longest yes/no answers I've ever seen ;)

Sorry! My reading skills are a bit rudimentary, I guess. ;) At least I used spoiler cover! :)

hehe, woops! I just skipped to the actual questions, didn't read any other part ;) :laff:
